The Island of my heart - Paxos

Yesterday it was my wife's birthday. I wanted to celebrate it with a very special gift this year, and I was lucky enough to find one just during the last Milan Design Week, that usually takes place every april.

Just a few steps from my office, noosing around in an art gallery, I got my emotional finding: from the italian artist Mariavera Chiari, a little hand crafted ceramic sculpture of Paxos! Mariavera's creation is part of a collection named "TRANSPARENT MESSAGES", made of ceramic, enveloped into a plexliglass box, wrapped in a minimal rope with a stamp applied. For Paxos, Mariavera found an original greek stamp with the Partenone.

My copy is the n. 2 of 20, I guess who was the first client commissioning his piece!
